Started off on the wrong foot with a strong odor of cigarette smoke in the room, even though it claims to be smoke-free. Had a hiccup with payment. the shower head was a bit faulty—could use some TLC.

The double room was super comfy! The bed felt like a cloud, and the fluffy towels were a nice touch. I loved that they provided shampoo and drinks too. Wifi was strong throughout our stay.
